i was quite appalled by the mold in the bathroom and the stained bedding, i mean, who wants to sleep in dirt? i nearly was about to rave about the sea view, but then my bedside lamp didn't work, so that dashed my excitement. a complimentary upgrade would have been nice, but obviously, that’s too much to ask here.

What they got right and wrong

The location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach, and the staff are delightfully friendly, enhancing your experience.

The breakfast selection was limited and got rather repetitive, making many mornings feel less exciting.

The hotel is immaculate, with marble floors in the reception giving a luxurious feel. The accessibility to the beach and other attractions was pleasing, making it easy for us to enjoy leisurely strolls in the area.

More breakfast options would enhance the experience.

During my stay at Santa Catarina, I appreciated the immaculate cleanliness throughout the hotel, felt at ease in my spacious room, and loved the helpful staff that made my experience delightful. A slight drawback was the limited breakfast variety. however, the delightful atmosphere more than compensated for it.

The hotel's location was perfect, just across from the beach and close to various restaurants. The room was clean and included a lovely balcony with a sea view.

I found the Wi-Fi in the rooms to be a bit slow at times.
